Hi Everyone,

I realized today that since we are ordering Bithell fruit this month, and that I only have until Feb. 25 to get our order in; I had better get busy offering jam and scone making classes. I know there are some of you that didn't get to take a class last fall. If you're interested in learning how to make jam before we finalize our Bithell fruit order, then you should sign up for one of the two classes I'm holding this month.

First class will be on Thursday, Feb.18th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The fee is $18.00 but I supply everything you'll need for jam and also for choosing from 4 different types of scones. It's a hands-on class and quite fun. It's really nice to come with friends so talk it up and let's get together. I do need to have the $18 fee paid to hold your space in the class. You can either call the store with your credit card number or send in a check or come by to pay.

The second jam/scone class offered will be on Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. All info same as above. Don't delay, the classes fill up quickly.

SUPERBOWL SPECIALS: We are having a special on frozen spicey chicken bites. We have a couple of different specials including our tortilla chips and salsa. One of the specials involves our tastee chile relleno. Have you tried our cheesey knots as a little bite size appetizer? Yum! Fresh tamales are coming in tomorrow about 2:00 pm. They will go quickly! Also, I've ordered in a lot of extra salsa, which comes in with the tamales about 2pm.

MEAL DEAL: We're going to pick up our meal deal again just for the weekend. I realize that some of you will take advantage of these specials for the weekend, so let's do our spend $50 get a free ind. meal; spend $75 get a free mid sized meal, spend $100 get a free large meal. I know everyone loves a deal so I like to deliver.

BREAD CLASS: I still have about 3 openings in our breadmaking class this coming Thursday, Feb. 11th. The class is 6:30-8:30pm. The fee is only $10. It's a hands-on class with breadmaking, pizza, cheesesticks and cinnamon rolls. Bring your husband or friend and come hungry. Call the store to reserve your spot. 487-2858 #0.
