Happy New Year everyone,

I hope you all had a great Christmas! I hope you had fun as well as relaxation with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our prime rib dinner and then did a lot of relaxing. It was wonderful! Isn't it amazing how long it takes to prepare for Christmas and then it's done in a day? On to the New Year!

SPEAKING OF NEW YEAR: We'd like to offer some very tastee items for your New Year's Party that won't hurt the pocketbook. We've got spicey chicken bites back on the menu. I know this has been a long awaited item to offer again. We have chicken bites with our own Tastee Ranch Dip. We'll have Tastee Joes available with our fresh dinner rolls.
Also, our chicken tenders are a wonderfully easy yet tastee finger food, easy for any party. Don't forget our cheesey knots. They can be baked up for a fresh cheesey delight. If you would like help with a tray of baked cookies, a tray of our naughty bars, or a tray of our sliced quick breads, please let us know. We'd love to put that together for you.
Please just give us about a day's notice if possible. We'll have a good stock of all the above items. If you'd like us to hold anything for you, just call the store and we'll do that for you. If you're interested in any of our dessert trays, the price is $25. We'll have a nice large tray put together for you, enough to serve 15-20 people.

ANOTHER NEW YEAR ITEM: If you know anyone who likes to have a few drinks to bring in the new year, please let them know about the Hydromax water that we carry in the store. We have put together a list of dinners, one per week, that will offer a 20% savings. And here's one more special. If you order one a week or 4 of the listed dinner deals, you'll receive a coupon online for 25% off your first February order online for chicken and any of our dinner entrees. This will be an online coupon only meaning you must order online to be awarded this coupon and then you must order online to use the coupon. It's very simple so don't worry about it. You can choose when you place your order if you want to pay online or if you want to pay when you pickup at the store. Also, you do not have to order all four dinners at one time to be awarded the coupon. You can order one a week. The website will track your sale and award your coupon once the fourth dinner is ordered.

REGISTERING ON THE WEBSITE: As I asked a couple of weeks ago, would you please go to www.tasteoflifestores.com and register? This will put you on my streamlined email list and make life much easier for me. Once you register on the new site, then please let me know if you are receiving 2 emails each weekend. I'll delete the address causing the duplication and things should move along nicely.

SHORT CHICKEN SALE: Last but not least. Okay, I've been asked when we're going to have another chicken sale and my answer was always, "I'm not sure". Well, tomorrow we're going to have a short chicken sale. We have a lot of chicken left from last week. The chicken is dated tomorrow's date, meaning 12/28th, meaning it needs to be used or frozen by tomorrow. The price will be only $3.80 per lb. I'll have about 200 lbs. When it's gone, it's gone. We _WILL NOT_ be able to hold any chicken for anyone, so please don't call the store asking us to pull and save for you. It's going to have to be first come first serve. I'll put a limit of _15 lbs._ of boneless breasts per person. This will be on our fresh packages in the store only. Sorry, no rainchecks. RJ and Claudia will be working tomorrow so please don't ask them to sell you more than the 15 lbs.or save some before you get there. They would go absolutely crazy trying to keep that all straight and I really like my ladies. We don't want to see them bald from pulling their hair out!
I'm trying to offer this sale to as many people as possible so just shop early. We have about 120 lbs. in the store right now and when Adam makes the delivery tomorrow about 10:30am, he'll bring in another 80-120 lbs.
